JT Gladiator 4.5" - 5.5" Standard and Super-Flex Kits

JT Gladitor 4.5-5.5 Kits Lifting your Jeep Gladiator JT improves ground clearance and allows for larger tires, but it can have an adverse effect on suspension and steering geometry. Now you can have your cake and eat it too, thanks to Rubicon Express’ best on-road performing kit — the 4.5/5.5" JT Super Flex Kit. This kit corrects steering and control arm geometry to eliminate bump steer and increases anti-dive for better braking and improved safety. The Sport Kit can improve the ride quality and handling on any 2020+ JT Gladiator.

NEW JL & JT 2.5 Monotube Shocks

JT Gladitor 4.5-5.5 Kits The new Rubicon Express 2.5" Monotube shock design delivers superior performance for your Jeep® in all types of terrain. The foundation of the shock starts with a hardanodized thick wall impact forging. The forging gives the shock body added strength, while the aluminum allows quick heat dissipation. The hard anodizing not only gives a great appearance but reduces friction and bore wear. An added benefit is rust issues are eliminated that steel bodies are prone to. This new lineup features 17-4 stainless steel precipitation hardened shafts that are chrome plated for maximum corrosion and abrasion resistance. Thick wall steel sleeves are housed inside the cross-linked urethane bushings for extreme durability. Each part number is specifically tuned to match the vehicle application.

JL-JT Skid Plates

Rubicon Express has everything you need to protect the vulnerable undercarriage of your 2018+ Jeep JL Wrangler and 2020 Jeep JT Gladiator from front to back, with skid plates for your engine oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank. All of the skid plates are CNC laser cut from 3/16-inch steel to withstand even the worst abuse and mount up tight to the drivetrain to maximize ground clearance. JK/JL/JT Heavy-Duty Forged Track Bar

Heavy-Duty Forged Track Bar The new Rubicon Express JK/JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator heavy-duty front forged track bar features a heat treated steel construction designed to eliminate deflection caused by oversized tires or extreme side load. It features an adjustable sleeved collar which allows for precise axle alignment while still on the vehicle preventing the need to disassemble the suspension as well as OE style bushings to optimize handling and control.

JL Wrangler 2.5 Monotube Shocks

The new Rubicon Express 2.5" Monotube shocks feature the latest velocity sensitive technology to maximize all terrain performance. These 2.5" Monotube shocks incorporate a floating piston to separate the nitrogen gas charge from the damper fluid to prevent fluid cavitation and provide consistent control on all types of terrain. They also feature a hydraulic rebound cut off that will keep you seated when enthusiasm exceeds mass and gravity.

JL Wrangler Twin Tube Shocks

Rubicon Express offers a twin tube shock absorber that provides all the great handling characteristics as our monotube shocks in a more affordable package. Don’t think these are an economy shock, because they are not! We have included every possible feature to insure that you will not find a better twin tube for any price. Shocks are tuned vehicle specific so you don’t have to worry about a generic shock killing the ride quality of your new suspension system. These shocks are recommended for installations when risk of denting or other impact is probable.

By installing the Geometry Correction Drop Brackets on a lifted JL, the front control arm angles are dramatically reduced and the control arm is no longer working against the coil spring and shock during the suspension cycle. JK Heavy-duty Sway Bars

The new JK HD Sway Bar increases the rate of suspension to more evenly distribute weight to all four wheels, reducing body roll while increasing cornering grip to give bettering handling, making for a safer ride on heavily equipped and lifted JKs. This is a 3 point adjustable sway bar for Jeep JK to allow for 25-55% stiffer settings than OE sway bar setting.

JK 2.0 Adjustable Reservoir Shocks

Make shock fade a thing of the past with Rubicon Express’ remote 2.0 Adjustable Reservoir Shock Absorbers. The gas charged monotube shock body is supplemented by an external reservoir that doubles fluid capacity to shed heat. Specifically tuned to Rubicon Express spring rates, these remote reservoir shocks are custom valved with eight stages of adjustability for a plush ride in any terrain.

TJ/LJ, XJ, MJ, ZJ Y-LINK KIT

Rubicon Express’ Heavy-Duty Y-Link Style Steering Kit for TJ/LJ, XJ, MJ, and ZJ models is a direct bolt on upgrade to replace your factory tie rod and drag link. Constructed of 1-3/8 Inch Chromoly, it features large 7/8 inch Moog Problem Solver tie rod ends for strength and durability. Designed to eliminate bump steer while also preventing suspension bind during articulation. Adjuster assembly allows for on-vehicle adjustment of the Drag Link.

JK Heavy Duty Tie Rod Bar

Rubicon Express’ all new heavy-duty tie rod bar for your 07+ JK is tough enough for the biggest tires and hardest trails. Constructed of 1-5/8inch .313-wall 4140 chromoly steel fitted with forged 1-ton tie rod ends, bending your steering is a thing of the past. The forged offset end design provides clearance for larger housings as well as OE backspaced wheels.

This kit includes poly coil spacers for the front rear, in addition to new sway bar end links. NFS Performance Steering Stabilizer

The all new Rubicon Express Neutral Force Steering Stabilizer (NFS) is the ideal addition to help reduce steering vibration, wear and tear of your steering components and provides ultimate control in your steering of your JK Wrangler.

The internal spring neutralizes the gas pressure preventing a push in the direction opposite the shaft. Traditional stabilizers create a non-linear steering response or a push to one side as the shock wants to extend on itself. By contrast, Rubicon Express offers adjustability and a negative spring inside the stabilizer which offsets the force generated by increased gas pressure caused by the shaft displacing fluid inside the stabilizer.

NP231 Slip Yoke Eliminator Kit

Rubicon Express’ new Slip Yoke Eliminator Kit is designed to eliminate driveline vibrations while increasing the strength of you NP231 transfer case. When lifting your 88-05 Jeep, driveline vibrations are a common issue with the increased driveline angles. By converting to a fixed yoke, it allows for the use of a longer driveshaft with better operating angles to help eliminate vibrations. Each kit includes a replacement output housing, heavy duty main shaft, rear output yoke and all necessary hardware.

JK Progressive Coil Kits

Rubicon Express’ new Progressive Coils for the JK Wrangler allows for a lower center of gravity to provide better handling on the street with increased stability in off-camber situations. The coils feature longer extended lengths when compared to linear rate coils, providing full articulation without unnecessary height. The progressive coil spring rate also results in a smooth ride over small bumps but with enough spring rate to prevent harsh bottoming during full compression. Offered in 2.5” and 3.5” lift height configurations in complete kits as well as coils offered individually.
